Welcome to Belden Town Resort
Hello there folks! At this time, it has been reported that all structures are still standing at Belden Town Resort!
We are anticipating being closed to the general public for the remainder of 2021 due to the devastation surrounding Belden (smoke damage, no power, no phone lines, etc).
Phone calls will be made every TUESDAY regarding reservations made for the following weekend.
We are being flooded with emails from people asking for refunds from deposits they have placed with us earlier in the year for a cabin or hotel stay. Please understand that there is nobody in the office to process refunds for deposits or answer the phone. ALL reservations made for a stay in 2021 will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded. We ask for your patience as Belden is heavily affected by the fire.
We are thankful and blessed to have firefighters stationed on site. All of our crew along with the owner of Belden is SAFE and off of the property! If you need to contact us, please email us at email@example.com.
The Pacific Crest Trail is currently CLOSED from Bucks Lake summit to Chester. Belden Town has been placed on an evacuation advisory due to the fires in the surrounding area.
Per an announcement made on 7/17/21 from the Plumas National Forest, all campgrounds and forestry land in the area is CLOSED until September 15th. Camping will not be permitted until that time unless we are notified otherwise.
At this time, Belden Town remains under a mandatory evacuation notice. Keep checking back for further updates on the status of Belden and information on when we anticipate reopening.
Belden Town Resort and Lodge is located in the heart of the Feather River Canyon on the beautiful scenic byway of Highway 70, just twenty eight miles west of historical Quincy, California. The resort offers a restaurant where both indoor and outdoor dining options are available. Our outside deck, which overlooks the Feather River in all its natural beauty and sounds, is open year-round and available for your dining and viewing pleasure. Our large, fully stocked bar is practically a museum which features collectibles and artifacts that Ivan Coffman (the owner) has accumulated over the years. Come explore Belden Town and feel free to ask our staff about the fascinating history that surrounds the area and highlights the past of the Maidu Indians, the nearby railroad, and past success of gold mining.
We're a GREAT place for getaways, family reunions, weddings, large events, ect. We also host many music festivals all season long (check our calendar of events for further details). We offer plenty of tent-space camping, full R.V. hook-ups as well as cabins and hotel rooms which we have available for rent year round.. The cabins are rustic, each having a character of its own. Our cabins are provided with its own linens and housekeeping. They feature full kitchens and all the accommodations of home (coffee pots, oven, stove top, full size fridge/freezer, ect.).
